Keep all of you paper and electronic documents organized
by using a DMS system. Easy storage and retrieval processes
allow you to file, recall and view any document. Sophisticated
indexing of documents allows for easy search and retrieval
of stored information. OCR can be used to convert a
scanned image into a text document, which is then used
for searching. Get rid of those file cabinets and replace
them with a handful of CD-ROMs, usable on most late
model PC’s equipped with a standard CD-ROM drive. There
are a variety of software applications and storage
options available to fit any budget.
Two methods of DMS are offered by Input Output:
On-Site - where you scan and index the documents
into the DMS at your office. We provide the hardware,
software and training required to get you started.
Remote - you send us your documents and we scan,
index and store your documents into the DMS system
used. We then update your system with the new information
as required. This services is charged on a per document
basis. We also provide off-site or Internet based archiving
of your data for backup purposes and remote access
to the archived data as well.
