All costs are due prior to
commencement of software installation or services requested
and will be invoiced on a COD basis. Prices listed do
not include sales tax that will be included on the invoice
as required. All prices are valid for up to 60 days following
the Quote Date located at bottom center of the quote document.

Technical Support Policy:
Input Output, Inc. can provide technical support, at your
direction, via phone for $50.00 per hour or on-site for
$75.00 per hour following the installation of the Third
Party Hardware
and/or Software. To avoid this
cost you can contact the manufacturer of the item in question
who should provide adequate support to determine the source
of the problem and corrective action. If this fails or
you do not want to spend time addressing the issue yourself,
give us a call. In most cases, we can solve your problem
within a day or so.

Proposal Notes: Most
of our contract work is billed based on Time and Materials.
All Quantities
related to '# of Hours' are estimated hours. Actual Hours
will be accumulated as they occur during installation,
documented and invoiced on a COD basis. All "Prices" are
also estimated based on recent manufacturer pricing. Any
Hardware and/or Software purchased will be invoiced based
on the actual purchase price. All Costs above DO NOT include
Sales Tax. Sales Tax will be applied to invoicing as appropriate.
Any and all warranties or guarantees are provided by their
respective hardware and/or software manufacturers. Prices
subject to change without notice.

Cancellation of Services: If cancellation
of services occurs in the middle of a billing cycle, no
refunds will be provided for the remaining period of that
billing cycle.
